Ashley Johnson

Owner

Ashley is an experienced veteran in the fire and flood industry. After working for a large insurance carrier handling large residential and commercial claims, she decided to start 75 and Sunny with her husband Matt. Ashley experienced claim handling first-hand from start to finish. She quickly realized vendors and insurance companies don’t always provide the customer with direction, or the best level of service.

Experiencing a loss can be extremely difficult especially if the customer is unfamiliar with their insurance policy. Ashley started the business with a goal in mind to make the loss process easy and hands off for the customer. With her extensive knowledge in claim handling, she is able to assist the customer and the insurance company operating as a liaison between the two. She created 75 and Sunny to cover all mitigation services making it so customers can utilize one vendor from start to finish. Her first step was recruiting the top employees in the industry and purchasing the best equipment. She wanted to focus on giving back to the environment so created an eco-friendly packout option. All this combined and 75 and Sunny was born.
